Welcome to the 2015 Natick Innovation & Learning Summit and the Natick Wellness Summit!  

DATE: Monday, November 30th, 2015 from 8 AM - 3 PM at Natick High School.
Natick High School is located at 15 West St. Natick, MA 01760

This year we will host over 850 educators and hold over 130 workshop sessions that are facilitated by expert practitioners on the tools, resources and instructional practices that Natick educators have requested.  All sessions are tagged by level and target audience to help you choose the best sessions for your interest and skill level.

This year is extra special because we are joining with the Natick Wellness Summit which has been designed to nurture the interdisciplinary roles of educators in the adoption of physical activity as a learning tool. Learn from leading neuroscientists, educators and psychologists the best practices and evidence based research to creatively incorporate physical activity into school policy, and teaching practices to enhance student’s ability to learn. 

We hope you enjoy this years summit and it allows you to deepen your professional practice.

8:15 AM - 9:35 AM Session 1 Workshops (80 minutes) 
9:45 AM - 11:05 AM Session 2 Workshops (80 minutes)
11:15 AM - 12:00 PM Session 3-L1 Workshops (45 Minutes)
12:10 PM - 12:55 PM Session 3-L2 Workshops (45 Minutes)
1:10 PM - 2:30 PM Session 4 Workshops (80 minutes)
2:30 PM - 3:00 PM Exit Surveys and Health Fair Game!

Attendees and speakers should plan for lunch during session 3-L1 or 3-L2. Lunch will be available from 11 AM - 1 PM.

  • November 23rd, 6 PM - 7 PM: MassCUE PD Committee conference call to approve the plan to roll out the registration for the  Leadership in Blended Learning Program (LBLP).  Program Facilitators are welcome to join this call. Let me know if you want to help me present the plan to the PD committee.
  • November 26th - 27th: Thanksgiving Holiday
  • November 30th, 8 AM - 3 PM: Natick Innovation and Learning Summit, Natick High School 
  • November 30th, 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Blended Learning SIG Meeting, Natick High School
  • December 1st, 1 PM - 2 PM: Leadership in Blended Learning Facilitators Only Conf. Call w/ Friday Institute
  • December 11th, 9 AM - 11:30 AM: Blended Learning SIG Meeting, Westford Public Schools
  • December 24th - January 1st: Winter Break
  • January 21st - 22nd, LearnLaunch Across Boundaries Conference.  We are planning to have our monthly meeting at this conference on Friday, January 22nd in the afternoon. Specifics yet TBD.
