Kahoot and Socrative - Online Games to Engage and to Make Learning Fun!
Limited Capacity seats available

Kahoot is a free, online quiz game where educators create their own informal assessments, and then provide students a link to the assessment where their personal device (iPhone, iPad, Smart Phone, Tablet, or Laptop) instantly becomes their "buzzer" to answer the proposed questions. After each question, Kahoot provides instant feedback so that instructors can identify their students' comprehension level. Best of all, students need not create an elaborate profile and password - they simply use the game-pin provided to access the game experience. Additionally, Kahoot games are easy to create, and registered users have instant access to hundreds and thousands of publically created Kahoots. Finally, the data acrued from each game can be instantly downloaded into an Excel file or saved onto Google Drive!

Socrative is a free, online learning system where teachers provide students with a "classroom code," and then can create quick quizzes, and exit tickets to measure undertanding. Personally, I used Socrative Exit Tickets after many of my classes because students can instantly access the online portal and easily enter information. Best of all, this information can be seamlessly downloaded into an Excel file or saved on your Google Drive!
